CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As such, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are only shipping to the U.S. and Canada at this time. We are working on expanding our network and will be rolling out to new countries shortly.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way to you.
HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
We understand that it can be difficult to make a purchase without trying rings on in person. However, we do have a few tips that may help you determine your ring size or that of a gift recipient.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and are confident in the quality of our products. As such, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, or any modifications to your piece.
To submit a warranty claim, please reach out to our team at contactus@anytimeandanywhere.com. If your claim is accepted, please send the item to us for quality assurance review and testing. If the piece is currently in stock, you will receive a replacement for the same item. Otherwise, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
All purchases come safely packaged in protective microfiber pouches that are perfect for storing your pieces. There is also an option to select a free giftbox at checkout. In addition, we offer a luxury gifting option for $5, which includes a shopping bag, jewelry polishing cloth, and embossed sticker for a luxurious unboxing experience.
HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE?
To redeem a promotion code, type in the code during checkout on the payment page and click "apply."
- Only one code may be used per transaction
- Offer codes cannot be applied on sale items or gift cards
- Promotion codes are only valid on items in-stock
- Codes are non-transferrable and have no cash alternative
DO YOU HAVE SALES OR PROMOTIONS?
The short answer is not really. Retailers often have sales because they need to move inventory on styles that aren’t selling. We are extremely fortunate that we don’t have this problem for several reasons:
- We have a nimble supply chain that allows us to be strategic about how much and how often we buy. As such, we rarely find ourselves in a position where we have to discount our products.
- We deliberately produce styles in small quantities because we would rather have too little than too much. Not only is this an eco-friendly practice that helps reduce waste, but it also allows us to regularly introduce new styles.

We stay away from super trendy styles, opting for timeless designs that can be worn anytime and anywhere. We purposefully curate pieces that you will love for years to come.
On the rare occasion we permanently discount an item, we will provide a one-time price adjustment on any prior purchase. Please see below for details.

We believe in price equity for all and understand how frustrating it is when an item goes on sale. As such, we will provide a one-time price adjustment on prior purchases regardless of the purchase date.
