Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from when the shipment was delivered. 

At this time, we cannot process exchanges. Please place an order for the new item from our site and follow the returns process for the original item.

Return requirements:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items must be accompanied by original packaging (i.e. boxes, pouches)
• No individual item of a set or bundle can be returned for a refund and must be returned as a complete set.
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

Returns are processed within 7 business days from receipt and an email confirmation will be sent once completed.

Return shipping is free for orders within the U.S.  For all other orders, the cost of the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
